Recently, reports were doing the rounds in the media that a Punjabi movie is being made on the 2016 terrorist attack. Buzz was also that the film will be titled ‘Pathankot’ and feature singer-actor Roshan Prince. When contacted the spokesperson of the actor, he confirmed that the actor has been approached for the movie, but the formal signing is yet to be done. Reportedly, will share the screen space with Bollywood actress Zarine Khan in the movie.
Roshan Prince gave two movies this year, ‘Laavan Phere’ and ‘Subedar Joginder Singh’. His third film for the year ‘Ranjha Refugee’ will reach the box office on 26th October. The shooting of the same wrapped up in May. Roshan Prince has also signed two more movies ‘Munda Faridkotta’ and ‘Nanka Mela’. The shooting of the former went on floors by the end of August, but the release date has been kept under wraps. ‘Nanka Mela’ on the other hand has been scheduled for a 2019 release.
