Anushka Sharma and Diljit Dosanjh just made our morning by announcing the Phillauri release date. Anushka’s home production will release on March 31, 2017.
Phillauri is said to be a fun-filled romantic film set in Phillaur, Punjab. Directed by debutant Anshai Lal, the film has a unique premise- it took almost 100 years, a crazy Punjabi wedding and rank strangers to complete this love story.
We hear the cast and crew of the film is quite happy with how it’s shaping up and the film’s post-production work is in full swing.
Anushka and Diljit excitedly tweeted abut the big news and promised to take us on a crazy, colourful ride. Well, count us in!
